Q: Are my online credit card transactions secure?
|

A: Yes. All online transactions at Two Crazy Chicks' Shoppe are handled with
industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number
into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted
(scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us.

Q: Do you accept international orders? |
|
A: We gladly accept international orders. |
|
|

Q: Do you have a physical store? |
|
A: No. We are currently an online business only and do not have a retail store
at this time; however, we do plan to have one in the future. We also attend bike
shows. Check out
our events. You can also join our
Crazy Chicks' List to get email updates on sales, new items, and events. |

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order? |
|
A: Processing and delivery
time depend on which shipping method you choose and where the order is being

Q: What is your back-order policy? |
|
A: We make every effort to maintain our inventory and mark items “out-of-stock”
on our website. On occasion, however, we may have fewer items in stock than
what you order. Should this happen, we will ship you what we have and adjust
the amount of your purchase accordingly. We will back-order the remaining
product. We will make every effort to notify you by either phone or email
with regard to the status of your order. |

Q: Is there any sales tax?

A: We apply a 6.5% sales tax to all orders shipped to a Florida address.
|

Q: What payments do you accept? |
|
A: We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and PayPal. |

Q: What is PayPal? How do I use it? |
|
A: PayPal is a third party payment processor. You can register at
PayPal.com. Only PayPal will have your
credit card or bank account information. Please remember to reference your order
number in all transactions. Your order will be processed once we are
notified that your payment has cleared. You can also pay with your credit
card without an account (This has worked for several of our international
customers). |

For your protection against fraud, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. |

USPS First Class Mail does not provide tracking. TCCS can not be responsible
for lost or undelivered package shipped USPS First Class Mail. |

Q: Can I use a TCCS coupon or discount on your affiliates' websites? |
|
A: As an affiliate, we only receive credit for your purchase when you click
through our site. You will actually be buying directly from our affiliate, so it is not possible to apply TCCS coupons
or discounts in their shopping cart. |

Q: What is your refund/exchange policy? |
|
A: We pride ourselves on having excellent customer service. We want to make you
happy.

Q: Why can't I find an item that I had found before on your website?
|

A: If you can't find a particular item, that means it has been discontinued. Items are usually discontinued
because of availability or quality issues, so we will probably not be
carrying the item anytime soon. |
