| Orders, for the most part, are custom ordered. This keeps |
| down on overhead costs (i.e. no stock to maintain, expenses |
| to recoup from unsold merchandise, etc.) and the savings are |
| passed on to
the customer. |
| All merchandise is ordered when an order is |
| placed with us. Items are shipped to us as quickly as
possible, |
| on most occasions, overnight. We check each item for defects |
| before packing and shipping the entire order together to you. |

| Occasionally, an item may become out of stock or discontinued |
| before we can update our site. |
| |
| If an item that is out of stock or |
| discontinued, we will contact you
immediately. At which time, |
| you may either have the item backordered until our supplier |
| has the item available or we find it from another supplier or |
| you
may substitute for another item. |

| Only the shipping costs from our location is the responsibility |
| of the purchaser and is determined by the purchaser at the |
| time of checkout. Shipping time will be based on time from |
| Two Crazy Chicks' Shoppe to purchaser not from time of order. |
